Chapelford is one of Outlook Homes' major projects with around 155 affordable units and has become a land-mark development. It has transformed this former RAF site into a desirable residential community which will be completed with the construction of a new village centre including a retirement development. Outlook Homes has worked with a variety of developers and house builders at Chapelford and assisted them in discharging their Section 106 obligations. This was Outlook Homes' first Section 106 mixed tenure development. We are currently in advanced discussions to deliver the retirement element in the new village centre
