Option 1 – Try before you buy, rent at a discount.
If you can't afford to buy just yet or can't get the mortgage you want, how would it be to rent your chosen property for a 6-12 month period at just 80% of the market rate? There is no obligation to buy at the end of the tenancy period but if you do decide to buy, you can keep the carpets, blinds and kitchen appliances as a gift from us! With this option, a £600 per month apartment would cost just £480 per month.
Option 2 – Flexible purchase options.
You can choose to buy an initial share of 40, 50, or 60% of your new home, dependent on your income and savings - the choice is yours!
Option 3 – Buy 75% and pay no rent for 5 years!
You can buy a 75% share of your new home and pay no rent on the remaining share for 5 years, when an affordable rent will become payable.
