Buying your shared ownership home is easy. You just need to follow this simple guide:
 
1. Search the developments on this website and choose your new home. For further information either:

• Download and return the enquiry form
• Email us at info@outlookhomes.com

2. Outlook Homes will provide you with further information. We can also arrange for you to speak to a specialist shared ownership mortgage advisor to chat about the costs involved if required.

3. Outlook sales staff will then arrange for sales particulars to be sent to you and arrange a viewing at your chosen property.

4. Once you have selected a property you wish to purchase, contact Outlook Homes who will guide you through the reservation process and put you in touch with the selling agent where applicable.

5. If eligible a reservation form will be forwarded to you to complete and return with your £250 reservation fee.

6. Once we have received your completed reservation form and supporting paperwork we would expect that exchange of contracts will take place within 28 days.

7. Outlook Homes Leasehold Management Team will contact you before you exchange contracts to explain the terms of the shared ownership lease.

8. The Outlook team will continually update the progress of the sale and assist you with any problems or queries up to the date that you complete and move in.
